I think I have the one word that would be the best word of the year for anyone.
Consistent
If we were consistent in attending to our marriage, we would recognize and tend to our spouse’s needs and he to ours and we wouldn’t fall away from each other.
What if we were consistent in disciplining our children? We would have well-behaved, self-disciplined, happy children.
If we were consistent in our diet and exercise, we wouldn’t worry about dieting and exercising.
Imagine you were consistent in attending to your home daily. You wouldn’t have chaos to overwhelm you.
What if you were consistent with your prayer life? You would not be afraid that anything is bigger than God.
You would be at peace – no matter what contradictions came your way.
Work at being consistent.
You’ll be amazed at the difference it makes in your life.
