Notes from this Episode:
Well, I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary of publishing this podcast and I wanted to go back and listen to the first episode which was really telling you all my why of beginning the podcast.
And as I listened to my why, I reflected on the other things I have this year because of it.
I enrolled in an elite 6 mo life coaching training program and was certified after meeting rigorous objectives – we had weekly classes, weekly coaching and critiques on coaching, a graded practicum and final exam which I got an A on!
I began my private coaching practice in the summer and started offering a free 1:1 session for those who want to see how much a life coach can help them.
And I started my group coaching membership for women called Reimagine Motherhood – Where I help women solve marriage and parenting issues through practical tools but mostly by coaching their mindset – helping them discover what they want and the steps to get there. When you become aware of how your mindset affects everything in your life, you begin the transformation to the life you really want.
Remembering Your Why
All because of my why –
I want to help women have the marriage and motherhood they have always wanted – not settling for marriages that began a slow death when the children came.
I want to help women avoid giving in to discouragement or mediocrity in keeping their home, and give women the mentoring they need to parent from a place of leadership, respect, and appropriate expectations, so they actually enjoy their children rather than always being in conflict with them.
All while nurturing faith, hope, and love in a God whom they can depend on and turn to for strength.
For those of you who have been here from the beginning, thank you.
Thank you to those who have shared this podcast with friends and family.
And thank you for the time you’ve taken to write the reviews.
I’m so grateful.
My prayer is that you’ll keep listening, keep sharing, and take a few moments to write a review.
St. Josemaria said, “Drown evil in an abundance of good.”
That’s what I’m trying to do in this world. So we can raise joyful, faith-filled families that raise the tone in our world.
Pope St. John Paul II said, “As the family goes, so goes society.”
Find your why and use it to change your little corner of the universe.
